To measure current, the VM-1 basic meter is ordered with the current input back board as # M700. Not included is the appropriate current shunt. Refer to the price list for shunts. The back board has screw terminals and a power supply that isolates the VM-1 from the power supply. Back board has isolated 12VDC meter supply in order to read shunt currents that are significantly above ground potential. |

To measure AC hertz or frequency, order the VM-1 basic meter with the AC hertz converter back board. The back board has screw terminals and a power supply that isolates the VM-1 from the power supply. Back board has isolated 12VDC meter supply in order to AC voltages that are significantly above ground potential. Reads up to 500hz. Ideal for measuring woofer frequencies or AC power generation. Must specify AC voltage range. |
