Arrow Board Display Controller PCB - 15/25- Light

Designed and engineered in-house by Harrison Labs, this circuit board is the logic and power engine behind both 15-lamp and 25-lamp arrow board displays. A simple jumper setting configures the board for either display size, so one board covers both applications. It's a proven design with decades of field use in the traffic safety industry, handling both drive logic and power delivery from a single board.

Measuring 4.75” x 8”, the board is compact enough to fit into standard arrow board enclosures. The board operates on a 12V system and includes low-voltage cutoff protection, automatically shutting down outputs if battery voltage drops too low to help prevent over-discharge and extend battery life. An integrated charge controller supports solar charging for LiFePO4 and lead-acid battery banks via dedicated solar and battery input terminals, and the drive circuitry works with both LED and incandescent lamp arrays — so it fits new LED builds and legacy incandescent maintenance alike. Connections run through a sealed circular multi-pin connector for clean, weather-resistant wiring in outdoor installations.

A wired toggle switch controls main power on/off. Two onboard rotary switches give you direct control over the display: one selects the flash pattern, and the other sets display intensity, including an automatic position that uses an onboard photocell to adjust brightness based on ambient light. Onboard status LEDs indicate power and charging state at a glance.
