At Harrison Laboratories, we stand behind the engineering and quality of our professional-grade audio hardware. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Eligibility and Conditions
Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused condition. The original product packaging is not required.
Inspection & Restocking Fees: All items are tested and verified to be in working order prior to shipment. If an item is returned showing signs of damage, scratches, or tampering, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are ineligible for return:
Custom Products: All special orders or custom items.
Discontinued / New Old Stock: Items such as original C-MOD units may have specific limitations due to their vintage nature.
Sale Items: Generally, items purchased on sale or through gift cards are non-returnable.
Shipping Fees
Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for any reason other than a defect or an incorrect shipment, you are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund any shipping fees (outbound or return shipping costs). Your refund will be limited to the cost of the item only.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will refund the full original payment, including the original shipping costs.
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Reporting Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue. As we specialize in high-performance components like FMODs and PFMODs, please ensure all technical issues are reported promptly.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please contact our support team at sales01@hlabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Harrison Laboratories within the 14-day withdrawal period.

For the purposes of this policy, custom-made, made-to-order, and non-stock items are considered final sale. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun, materials have been allocated, or the order has entered the fulfillment or manufacturing process, except where otherwise required by applicable law (for example, in the case of defect or non-conformity).
Customers Outside the EU/EEA
For customers outside the EU/EEA, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or is otherwise required by applicable law.
